Applications and Fee Schedule
There are currently four (4) types of Community Development applications. Please review and select the appropriate application.
NOTE: If you are not the property owner, a notarized authorization form will need to be completed by the property owner and submitted as part of your application. You are welcome to use your own form or a generic form can be found here.
- Community Development Application. This is a general application for most land use requests: subdivisions, site plans, ordinance text amendments, zoning map amendments, conditional use permits, etc.
- Vacate a County Road Application. Application to request vacation of a county road or easement.
- Special Event Permit Application. Application for an event in unincorporated Box Elder County.
- Hearing Officer Application. Application to request a variance to the land use code or to appeal a final decision by a Zoning Authority.
- Planning Commission Application. Application to Serve on the Planning Commission.
