Applications and Fee Schedule

There are currently four (4) types of Community Development applications.  Please review and select the appropriate application.

 

NOTE: If you are not the property owner, a notarized authorization form will need to be completed by the property owner and submitted as part of your application.  You are welcome to use your own form or a generic form can be found here.

Engineering Review Application (engineering consultant fee cost requires a $500 deposit - if less, applicant will get reimbursed the difference - if more, applicant will pay the difference before final approval)
